That pig does not deserve bail. What is a wrong with Thai judges!

Seems to me members are saying this. The higher up the Thai social ladder you are, the more likely you'll be exonerated of wrongdoing. Additionally, the lowest level Thai ranks higher on the ladder than any foreigner. Is that pretty much it?

In Texas, a latino gang leader was charged with kidnapping a gas station attendant of Pakistani extraction, skinning the victim alive and sodomizing him. The East Texas court didn't seek the death penalty because basically no fine, upstanding, white citizenry were involved. The guy even got bail.

 

It's not so much racism as pure, simple moral bankruptcy.

If my daughter, I would be happy this cretin was out on bail allowing me to sort the bar steward out properly, after there wouldn't be any need for bail. 

At least the argument wasn't about you-know or he never would have gotten bail! It's poor excuses for human beings who run things and then run around free.

Stop being an apologist for these religiously-motivated pedophiles and those agencies which turned a blind to their "industrial scale" abuse of thousands of under-age children.

 

Any "moral bankruptcy" here is on the part of the "progressive" Establishment and their dim-witted disciples in the mass media and elsewhere who seek to impose yet more failed multiculturalism - and, ultimately, dhimmitude - on a reluctant British public.
