We are not a "law firm" - although we do habitually use one outside Thai lawyer to perform the very small amount of "legal work" required. If you send me a private message to which I can reply with attachments, I can send you a set of documents that outlines process steps and costs - in relation to working through my firm. This will effectively give you at least one frame of reference. It would theoretically be possiblke to reserve a company name, complete company registration process, and obtain VAT and tax registrations within about 12 days (including a nine-day statutory delay). The fastest we have ever completed the process was about 18 days. The typical process takes 30-60 days - and the most time-consuming part is ALWAYS the client's delay in obtaining building owner's certification of occupancy for the registered business address of the company (which is required in order to obtain VAT/tax regsitrations).
