it was a farang not thai,the thai would have told you go jump or call someone.he got caught but should have checked first before paying.they tried the scam the music police before,not heard about this scam for awhile too

he did not get his receipt because he would've of dropped it on the street, as he did the first time? the official saved him from another fine ?? put your litter in the bin to avoid a fine .

Vaping is illegal and carries a higher fine than littering too.

It is time to ban smoking on Walking Street, same as on the beach. The city was scammed; not the smoker butt dropper.

There are fake cops who wear similar looking uniforms to BIB.  Theyre called tasserktz--  or something like that....sounds like 'teyserkitt'.  They target tourist areas and try to extort 2000 b after showing  victim  a list of  infringement fines including littering.

The cops are obviously in on it.  You can tell theyre  fake cops due to not having a gun or radio.

The "Tessakit" are not fake cops...they are "legitimate" employees of the City town hall...

you'll often see them chasing little old ladies away from the beach promenade who are trying to make a living hawking  somtam !!

as well as  chasing people for cigarette butts and littering..they "help"  as security on the major events around the city too.

The proper was to dispose of cigarette butts  is to put in down the drain , that’s who all the locals do it and the ashtrays also.
