Hi to everyone!

I write to you only to make me sure about the possibilities I can face in my next tourist travel to Thailand.

Last year I quit my job from a Thai University. They have cancelled my work permit on time after I left Thailand. I left the country last July 2017 without any problems and I didn't need a confirmation letter about quiting my job (My last single reentry permit was stamped as used. I left from Suvarnabhumi and my previous extension of stay is expired).

This month of August I am going to come back as a tourist (28 days of stay with two travels in between of 3 and 3 days each one (Cambodia and Vietnam). I am going to use visa exemptions because I am from Spain.

Could I have any problems in immigration? Is there any rule about the number of visa exemption we can use entering Thailand?

Thanks in advance

You will not have a problem. Just in case, ensure you have 20,000 baht equivalent in cash (euros fine) when passing through Thai immigration, but it is very unlikely you will be asked to show it.
