I doubt you will find a condo with what you want on that budget. What you can do is do a search for "renthub" + "Pattaya" on Google.

That would probably give you the cheapest choices. Good Luck!

How many square metres? For that price with air con and tv, it will be 30 sq.m. and a long way from central Pattaya but just about doable.

 

The standard everywhere is 2 months deposit + one month's rent in advance. Don't try to fight that. You may win the battle but you will lose the war.

 

You'll need to go over to the dark side. That's the east side of Sukhumvit. Just go up the sois where you could see yourself living and ask at apartments. Can you speak Thai? No. Well, take a friend. Don't waste your time looking on English language websites. If it is advertised in English on the net, the price has probably been doubled and it will be way over your budget.

 

If you can up your budget to 5500 or 6000, there will be a lot more choice. Try the apartments between Paniat Chang and Sukhumvit.

 

Perseverance is the name of the game.

My tgf just got a room on Thepprasit on Soi 5. Quite large with ac, but no tv. 3800 a month, 1 month deposit.

Pattaya Plaza condotel , Sukhumvit 59 I think .  5000 baht for a spacious room with a view.

But the building is very old , still some of the rooms can be nicely decorated. 

There is even a swimming pool there.
