ubonjoe Posted August 19, 2018 Share Posted August 19, 2018 You will need 400k baht in a Thai bank in your name only for 2 months or proof of 40k baht income to apply for an extension of stay based upon marriage. To apply for it you will need a non-o visa entry. Here is my list of general requirements that can vary from office to office.
