Help! what documentation do i need for year extension ( dependant/marriage/parent of thai child)

so I will be going to apply for my year extension based on being married and parent of a thai child.

what documents do I need to take?

any help would be great

Depends on which Immigration, which Officer you get and what kind of mood that Officer is in ...

 

Extension based on marriage can be a nightmare - at least in Jomtien Immigration

 

I wish I could be more helpful but they make up stuff as you go

You will need 400k baht in a Thai bank in your name only for 2 months or proof of 40k baht income to apply for an extension of stay based upon marriage.

To apply for it you will need a non-o visa entry.

As you are a parent the immigrantion office can waive the need for the 400K being in the bank for 2 months if using that method to meet the financial requirements..
