how can you be sure HE IS HONEST ????!!!!

What's going to happen when just about everyone has a license,

what will the police do to make sure they keep the money 

rolling in,50 % in traffic offences fines,what % of other crimes

do they get like drug busts,shaking down bars,businesses,etc,

etc, thats a huge amount of money,and growing every year,i suspect,

You don't want to pay, get a license, problem solved.

This is exactly what many members of this forum has complained about for years. Now, when they (the government) are planning to enforce changes, members are still complaining.
