We are looking for A/C, lush tropical gardens, balcony or terrace and most importantly a thai private outdoor bathroom . We want to feel "secluded" but be within walking distance to eateries , nightlife etc. "any thoughts?

Poppies Resort is great! Right on Chaweng. Very Tropical but expensive. Cheaper option but very big and my favorite is Central Resort right on Chaweng. Great rooms but small but all have ocean view. Opt for club level with extra amenities like open bar in the afternoon!
