I'm guessing that the order to the Chongjidaemun Organic Vegetables & Battery Acid Cooperative can be filed under "cancelled".

SinCityGr8One
Perhaps, just perhaps the buyer of such notes thought it be useful as a replacement for toilet paper or it would make for an interesting wallpaper. I do believe the perpetrators that counterfeited North Korean notes should be held for a 72 hour mental evaluation before going to a holding cell. This would make for a good plot of Dumb and Dumber 2.0.
Vacuum
Why would anyone buy North Korean won? Can't imaging the Thai banks would exchange them to baht.
