Don’t let logic like that get in the way. As soon as I saw the name I had no doubt the racist comments wouldn’t be far away. It is Thai Visa after all. Quick everyone grab a tiki torch.

No it wasn’t karma. Don’t bring mythology into this to explain away this incident.

It was a pattern of behaviour that was eventually going to catch up with you.

You are an arrogant, self-entitled, brain dead moron.

That is why you got into trouble.

exactly, 100%

Ethnic minorities in the UK are now treated with kid gloves because heaven forbid anything bad happens to them then it must be RACIST!

Whatever shortcomings, failures or inadequacies you are experiencing in your own life aren't going to disappear by you pointing the finger at "minorities". Racism and bigotry are lazy, dishonest, ineffective and ultimately self delusory. Quit your whinging and man up.

I'm Welsh..How's the rugby?

I'm Irish-care for a Guinness or four?

I wholeheartedly agree, so we both agree that Thais are  lazy, dishonest, ineffective and ultimately self delusory.

What are you talking about?  Where does it say anything about Halal food, him not drinking alcohol or indeed him being Muslim at all?  Because he has a "funny" name and is brown, right?

This thread really has got all the TV racists crawling out the woodwork.

I find that everyone in the world is a rascist/sexist/somethingphobic in general, but usually not in application.

Hence the saying...my best friend is *insert here*. While the snowflakes hate that, its true. All of us can look down on everybody else and all of us can feel superior if we want, but the point is action, not thoughts. Aint no thoughtcrime  in Dixie.

Some rascism is simply stupidity, but thats ok. I think stupid people are inferior. anyway. But Ill still hang with them.

Nah. He's an Irish or French, or UK or whatever  passport holder. He might be a citizen of a country be he ain't, Irish, French or British. Recent patterns of migration and lax laws have led to the current anomaly  which is supported by PC purists but not realists. The guy In this story is Pakistani probably. His true nationality, is determined by the nationality of his parents and grandparents.

Nonsense.

I bet his DNA would decry that notion.

What does dna have to do with nationality?

You do realise nationality is not a genetic trait don’t you?

I really don’t see what Mr Bradley’s dna has to do with anything.

What a nice turn of phrase, yes a real credit to his adoptive nation, must make all the Poms hearts swell with pride.

If he was born in Ireland then yes he is Irish,,, as you say irrelevant of the name

However if he just possesses an Irish passport then I would have to disagree... he's a native of his birth country

it's just he's attained an Irish passport!

So (for the sake of argument) I am a white American, I go to China, I decide to live there, I obtain a Chinese passport. I would be a Chinese citizen, but I wouldn't be 'Chinese' There is a huge difference. Although his name maybe irrelevant, (you can change a name) what he looks like is relevant

Please present evidence Britain is his adoptive nation.

Prejudice laden nonsense that name/faith(whatever that may be-there is no mention of it in the story)/ ethnicity decide nationality is not correct.

What he looks like is 100% irrelevant.

It is not a criteria for nationality.

I am stunned people can believe such prejudice laden nonsense.

You have absolutely no evidence that this man was born anywhere but the U.K.
