I’m currently on a tourist visa but willing to get a Non O multi entry as I’m traveling in and out the country at least once a month.
Doing it at my own country would be not a problem for me, more complicated to go to the Bangkok’s immigration (I also assume I need to have already at least a single entry non O visa in order to get the year extension?), hence it’s easier for me to do it abroad.
Any advice? Thanks

  • I think you meant a non-b visa not a non-o business visa. A parent of a Thai can have a work permit and work with a non-o visa. Same for one based upon marriage.

As each consulate makes up its own rules, the best advice would be to contact them and ask what they require to get a Multi-Entry Non-O based on Thai children. 

 

If there is more than one Thai consulate in your passport-country, you may get different responses from each of them - so worth trying others if the first's conditions will not work.
