If they applied the pages and pages long requirements to get a hotel licence fairly to all hotels and guest houses there would only be just a few of only the largest hotels to get the licence..

 

But the unethical corrupt crackdown is only being applied to the small guys....Who knows how many lives have been destroyed by this .....Make no mistake this has nothing to do with safety....But has every thing to do with greed and corruption...
