Lost/Missing Slip of Paper from Re-entering Thailand From Laos

Does anyone know if I will have trouble leaving Thailand? Is there anything I can do about it? Should it affect my ability to apply for new SETV in Vientiane, Laos?

I assume you mean you lost the departure part of the TM6 arrival card that you completed before entering Thailand.

If yes then it is not a problem. You can complete a new one to give the officer when you leave the country.

Certainly not a problem when applying for a visa since it would of already been removed from your passport or handed over when leaving the country.
