he'd have the option to post bail or go and wait in the station cells. it says he's been charged so can assume he paid some sort of bail and it should go to court next week. unless of course they come to an understanding before that

so no. there are no 24 hour courts dates here. pay bail or stay in the cells till court date. usually 3/5 days depending on the case. weekends added on

Could be shitty journalism.

Could be he somehow threatened her and she got scared / couldn't think straight.

CCTV might show her exiting the building with hair intact.
If shaved it might corroborate her story, though how to prove that he did it? She could have stopped in a public loo, if the building has such, and cut her own hair.
I am a bit suspicious, having once been falsely arrested in the US for domestic violence. Judge threw it out for lack of evidence in the photos the idiot cop took, and her refusal to see a doctor. You would think the bunghole could notice that there was no evidence of abuse when he took the photos, but swore out an arrest warrant anyway.
Still cost me plenty, in bail. lawyer's fees, and emotional turmoil.
I think I would rather they err that way than let someone be killed. though, which seems to happen with sad regularity.
Sure am glad I could afford a good attorney rather than the "cop a plea" PD the bail judge assigned me! Not the Thai Hilton, but even a New Mexico jail is no country club!

Hell haveth no fury like a woman who is scorned.if he had shaved her head then it would of been cut all over.where are the handcuffs and duct tape.they are throwing everything they can at him including renting his condo and car out so they can probably squeeze him.just reported today on tv many cases of  rape of women and children are never taken to court and settled by the police or even silenced..but in the case of a farang it seems to be a different story.

I go along with this one, I woman would be screaming and shaking her head around if somebody was trying to shave her head, in fact you have to cut the majority of the hair first and then pull out the razor, all in all it would take a long time if you were cutting your own hair or somebody elses
