I suppose so. Bottom line, after that testimony I am about 1000 times more likely to believe her than him. Everything makes sense as far as I am concerened, from why it took her until now to report, to why she can't remember certain things as you say. 

 

In all liklihood this guy is a total scumbag, and she is doing the country a huge service right now as far as I am concerned. 

 

Firget the supreme court pipe dream, the question now shifts to if we can find anything to put this guy where he really deserves to be, in a jail cell. 

 

We all know this guy considered this as he was about to be put in the running. It takes a real piece of work to decide you are going to go for a supreme court seat and risk accusers coming out of the woodwork. It is pure sociopathy and narsicsm.

The party does not sound like it was a party at all. Which is important because there are people coming out saying "i don't remember that". I would not remember walking into a house with four people in it 36 years ago either. 

 

She mentioned four guys. Kav and his buddy, whomare obviously going to both vigorously deny everything because their lives are on the line. The other kid may be the key. She called him jr or something. If they can find this guy they may actually have a reliable witness because he was not part of the actual crime.
