Air Asia web site

Featured Replies

I had a problem with booking on Air Asia where for some inexplicable reason the booking started on the next month. Unfortunately I did not notice until after I had paid for the flight. In a hurry and did not check. I certainly did not click forward to the next month. Anyway I suffered a loss and put it down to experience till a friend had a similar event but it was the booking started on the next year? Has this happened to anyone else or are we just unlucky or accidentally pressing keys?

It could be due to a previous search/booking.

I just tried it on my usual Firefox browser.

After opening the site all fields were filled and date to 3 October.

And yes, I did such a search two days ago.

Then I use a Chrome incognito window all fields are blank.

When clicking the calender widget it is set to today (29 September).

To make it short: AirAsia sets browser cookies and comes up with last search data.

And you learned a lesson about self service booking

Could be worse like the fool who booked Munich to Sidney instead of Sydney.

Have fun
