Retirement Extension Renewal

My retirement visa extension expires January 14/2019. How early can I apply for a renewal at Jomtien Immigration? I was hoping to apply 32 to 39 days early. Thanks for your help.

They will do them within the last 45 days, but if you are applying more than 30 days early it's best to ask first. They might want a reason for you applying early, and/or refuse to take an application over 30 days early if they are busy.
