CarWorld Club (CWC)

Featured Replies

Been a member for over 15 years but rarely had to use their services; remember the wife had to use them twice before but over a decade ago.

Yesterday all systems on my car dashboard starting flashing. Very quickly all systems shut down just as i parked. I was about 10 minutes from home.

We called CWC. They diagnosed the problem as most likely the alternator so it was better just to send a towtruck for us than send a mechanic to try to  fix it.

The towtruck was about 30 minutes  away. He arrived (one man), had a very nice new-looking towtruck - it was a remote controlled flatbed that rolled out / tilted. He loaded our car quickly and we met him 15 minutes later at our local Toyota. He unloaded and was away. Probably between 60 to 90 minutes from calling CWC to him unloading our car at Toyota. All was covered by in our annual membership cost (believe if they have to transport more than 30km it's at 25 baht per kilometre).

Excellent service CWC!

As it was 4pm on the day before a national holiday, the wife had called ahead to Toyota. They were closing at 6pm. They confirmed they'd keep a mechanic there till we arrived to assess the car. We arrived at 5pm. Mechanic quickly assessed it was alternator and we were booked in as first car to be fixed when they opened today. Car was quickly fixed very early today.

Excellent  service Toyota!
