FrisoPee
Hey there, A pick up crashed into my car whilst it was parked at my condo. Damaged the side quite severely. My insurance is Class A (MSIG) and the person who hit me also has Class A insurance (LMG). All repair work is covered by insurance. My car is being repaired right now and someone told me I can claim 1,000 THB per day of everyday I have no car. Is this true? Also the opposing insurance (LMG) gave me a paper saying I can claim a loss of value since my car has now become an 'accident car' - Does anyone have experience with this? I have no idea how much loss of value I should count and how to proof loss of value. Thanks for helping!
stevenl
You can claim from the guy responsible for a rental car, of similar class. Maybe covered by insurance, probably not so he'll have to fork out himself. I never heard of 'loss of value claim' here, so am really surprised at that.
