Stupid pilot didn't fully inspect before coming to stadium, you can notice he couldn't throttle forward to fly.  Instead he kept raising up and stalled.

Aren't we lucky to have you here.  Case closed.

Is it really possible for a drone to disable a rear rotor (as suggested by another poster)? I would have thought that 'hobby' (light) drones would be too light to cause damage and a commercial (heavy) 'drone' pilot would not be stupid enough to be in the air with a helicopter in flight.

Not a nice way to go. I avoid helicopters and scuba diving for a reason.

Do you avoid travelling on Thai roads where the statistics are even worse?

So,in practical terms still taking a greater risk than diving and traveling in a helicopter......

Can't be avoided unfortunately. I'd prefer trains (not Thai ones) as method of transportation. Ones with a restaurant cart. Helicopters as far as I can see are only obligatory for oil rig workers and people in remote regions. The man made equivalent of a bumble bee.
