Police To Get To Bottom Of Yingluck-Thaksin Calendars

BANGKOK — A deputy police commissioner said he’s ordered police to investigate whether anyone violated the law by handing out calendars bearing images of former prime ministers Thaksin and Yingluck Shinawatra.

 

Srivara Ransibrahmanakul told reporters the calendars had been distributed in Bangkok at Thammasat University, the Constitutional Court and the northeastern provinces of Udon Thani and Ubon Ratchathani. His comments came a day after soldiers visited the home of a woman who had distributed the calendars.

Should be assigning the military to rounding up all those fair-minded, democratic promoting undesirable activist types.

Sometime I wonder if there are any adults in charge at all given the number of social issue that need to be addressed as opposed to what they choose to focus their limited resources on investigating.

Hey, can't those Army guys be arrested for posing for photos with images of the two Thaksins??

 

Isn't it a Computer Crimes Act violation, or threat to national security, or some such thing?  Or maybe just Article 44!
