There's a bunch of clubs where most (but likely not all) members are Thai. Then another helpful source on off-road trails in the North is www.gt-rider.com, actually a motorcycle affair, but they of course use the same roads/tracks, see the same sights, drink the same beer, etc etc.

BTW, any pics of your rig? What are you driving?

I would SO like to go off-roading (well, off paved roads) again... Not sure if I currently have the equipment for the more serious stuff though.
