A friend and I will be travelling from Bangkok to Siem Reap, then on to Phnom Penh for a few days, then Vietnam.

Can genuine Vietnam Visas still be easily obtained from travel agents in Phnom Penh?

I had done this in the past but since then, Vietnam seems to have overhauled it's visa process.
