I don't anderstand why the want to lock her up,, maiby someone steal her clothing and she's just waiting for a passerby to loan her some things to wear, on her head?  ...

If they lock her up I volunteer to pay her bail and provide her food and shelter. ????

ME :  "This Thai girl has excellent birthing hips"

Johnny Depp as Barnabas Collins in the movie Dark Shadows

Carolyn Stoddard: You're weird.

Barnabas Collins: But do you think me too weird for a woman of this... land?

Carolyn Stoddard: You obviously mean Vicky.

Barnabas Collins: She has the most fertile birthing hips I have ever laid eyes upon.

Carolyn Stoddard: You're way too weird.

Barnabas Collins: Do you really think so?

It's Mrs Tipaphakun!!

Relax,Tech Police,if I ever meet her,I will do your job for you and lick(sorry,I mean lock) her up myself(in my house).????????????

So the thai busker whips out his junk and gets 500 bt fine and I saw him on streets this week!

Seems familiar, just can not remember which GoGo bar, they all look the same.

Went to the Palace on the beach at Hua  Hin yesterday with a female friend who had to cover her legs ( dress  came to just below knees) yet mine were free  to waft thru the air and my dress  was at the same height too!! ok so I had trousers to  just below the knee  really.

Stupidity, the ladyboy at the entrance told her who was taking the 30 baht.

Palace is under restoration , no one resident for years by the  looks of  things yet must show "respect" more like must show "control"

Womens legs  offensive , mens ok ( just another male dominated society constrict).........hence my mention of ladyboy        how do they square that one? must or mustnt cover its legs

give her a break...

Just tell me what the reward amount is first.....????

This seems to me to be a worldwide phenomenon.

If I could see her tits I might recognize her

She’s either mentally ill or it has been staged

there are no witnesses around apart from her and the person taking the photo assuming the camera wasn’t on a timer

I reckon the police are showing this as a warning to people that of people do behave like this then there is enough information about to show people that they are aware of the consequences

i rememeber that sonkhran when some birds and lady boys were arrested for taking their tops off years ago

what I am puzzled to know is

if a straight man takes his top of which I see allot which is ugly then seems to get a pass

but if a lady boy takes its top off and has sylcone fake tits then they more likely to get nicked

I am just wondering if there is more of a crime for showing things that resemble female gentales or for showing real ones

i personally agree with the thai laws of nudity

people can walk runs naked at home or in their friend houses out of sight out of mind

but if we allow only for women to get naked outside then who decides if she is good looking enough to do it

plus I would rarther see good looking naked birds in my room than on the street

precisely !!! But where are we.....WE ARE IN THAILAND !!!

crazy to ask WHO IS SHE when can not see her face !!

"Article 14 (4) allows for 5 years jail and a 100,000 baht fine for posting such pictures while 14 (5) relates to sharing of such images and carries the same penalties."

TV, are you not open to a criminal conviction ?

The bridge has never looked so good. Every bridge should have one.

Definitely would increase tourism. I thought that's what the Big Cheese wants.

Not confined only to the "keystone" brigade.

I seem to remember (on Twitter?) some pics published recently by Police in Australia, with the two alleged criminals faces pixelated, ASKING for viewers/readers help in identifying the crims! DUH! I am sure those pics also brought some scathing comment.

Quick!

You!.. check the cameras at the entrance of the bridge! both ends!!  get a readout of plates!

and you!.. zoom in and get the license plate.run that plate in the police computer and locate vehicle owner!

Four of you! get some heavy weapons and raid the house at the location! use smoke bombs if you have to! Arrest everyone and bring them down to the police station in handcuffs!

I want that bitch! alive!

Not that I know myself, of course, but I've heard that too. I've also heard that they have "uncensored" porn, too, but in general it's nowhere as good as the censored stuff. Just what a friend told me.

You have very good friends. Treat them with respect and pay their monthly internet porn research charges.

Yes, and it is quite ok to view the same at the very many strip clubs and shows all around Thailand.

Maybe because the police are not getting their share of the booty!

I respectfully submit that this particular photo would be viewed by "millions' even without the assistance of the Thai police publicity :whistling:

Looks like she sure stopped traffic. Think the Tech Police just want a date?

Would really love to meet her,but seriously, are the Thai police that pathetic as to worry about a naked girl when an average of 60 people a day get killed on the roads. They need to get their priorities in order.

Exactly, and they want to lock her up for longer than this piece of Sh!t.

haven't been able to see the original yet, but could looking at the pixilated version still be a crime?! Or is it just copying and sharing that's the problem?

We are all guilty under the eyes of Big Joke.

Maybe that's why Thaivisa is so slow these days , all we type is being read by Thai officials.
