NLA Sports Committee explains legislation restricting children under 12 from boxing

BANGKOK, 16 November 2018, (NNT) - The National Legislative Assembly’s (NLA) Education and Sports Committee has responded to opposition against new legislation that would bar children under 12 years of age from boxing by clarifying that the law would not restrict children from engaging in the support but would impose a more systematic safety system.

Banks offer savings accounts for low-income earners, elderly persons without fees

BANGKOK, 17 November 2018 (NNT) - The Bank of Thailand has launched a campaign for low-income earners and elderly persons aged 65 years or over to open savings accounts at banks without fees.

Three million people added to social welfare card program
