Hunt for family of dangerously ill Brit found by roadside in Cambodia

Gaunt man had passport bearing the name Michael Hyslop when he was discovered.

 

A desperate search has begun to trace the family of a British man who was taken ill and found unwell on the streets of Cambodia.

Pictures shared on Facebook show the gaunt man collapsed at the side of the road, followed by pictures from a British passport, belonging to Michael Hyslop, 52.

 

It is unclear if the man pictured with a dangerously distended stomach, is the true owner of the passport.

my guess would be a massive Tumour and if so - very difficult to remove, best thing for him to do right now is eat and drink properly for the next week or so and get fit enough to travel home

Could be or sometimes Alcoholics develop this condition is a build up of fluid in the abdomen,whatever he needs urgent treatment.

As above. If cancer may be metastasis froma primary cancer located elsewhere in the body.

A farang guy we know looks similar. Not heard what it was diagnosed it said he has TB.
