I just changed my address but stayed within the same Bangkok residential estate.  Does anyone know if it is required - or a good idea - to get my address on my driving licence and car blue book updated?

Thanks, Olmy.

If you "want" to get your camera fines you need to change the car address. If you don't you run the (currently minimal) risk of not being able to renew your tax next time. Of course the authorities could get their act together any time, maybe.

Licence not so important, but it's not a major hassle to do particularly if you are the the Land Transport office changing the car.

I wouldn't bother....on the next licence renewal they will change the address..car blue book will just mean any traffic fines going to the old address...maybe have mail forwarded to your new address.
