I recently bought a GTX 1060 off eBay from a seller in Bangkok Thailand to Canakkale Turkey. I was given 2 shipping options:

1. $10 for Economy International Shipping (Estimated was 16 December to 22 January)
2. $20 for Expedited International Shipping (There was no calculated estimate from ebay, but viewing the estimates for neighbouring countries showed around 5 days)

I chose the expedited international shipping, but the seller told me after he shipped that he used Thai Registered Air. 

 

I was wondering whether Thai Registered air post is considered expedited shipping? I thought EMS world was? How much is the price usually for Thai Registered post to Turkey? Also how long would it take for shipping to Turkey with Thai Registered Post?

Express or expedited is EMS and considerably more expensive.

 

Thai Registered Airmail provides tracking to the Airport departure, further tracking is dependent on your the country destination services as not all countries provide tracking for that service, Canada Australia as an example.

 

As for the cost, if you go to the Thai post website you can enter destination and weight and be given the exact price. (Or post it here and I'll tell you)

 

Shipping times are entirely dependent on your countries Customs clearance and mail service procedures. Generally EMS will be 5-7 days dependent on final location.
