A friend who produces almond milk on a small scale lets me have the fibre for free.

The fibre can only be used in a limited way as it sticks easily in the throat particularly when making savoury biscuits.

There are some recipes on line which I have tried, e.g. as an ingredient in smoothies and for biscuits,  some I have modified to reduce the cost of the end product.

I would imagine it can be used as part of an animals diet e.g. with ducks or chickens.

Please note I am a vegan but would be prepared to use eggs in a recipe for others.

Prefer not to use a food processor.

Has anyone found a good way to use almond nut fibre ?
