You sure about that? If water leaks through the seals, then you flush with reduced amount a pressure of water. a blockage in the outflow pipe, usually is accompanied by a increase in time for the bowl to empty…something the poster doesn’t mention. and thirdly, the sucking sound is usually an indication of the water passing through the syphon -
