Nong Khai Border Bounce. Avoid !!!
You stated the following.... "You may not have seen reports, I however have witnessed at least one person who was not given a 30 day extension, I am not certain that they were given a 7 day extension as I did not eavesdrop on the full conversation, they were denied a 30 day extension." As pointed out by myself and others.. A refused 30 day extension is common place. Generally doesn't get past the document check girls. Most common would be not providing a TM30. That would amount to returning with correct paperwork for the 30 day extension. Your account is joining dots where there are none. -

Isn't the 10% service + 7% VAT a fact in every respectable restaurant? -

Latest developments and discussion of recent events in the Ukraine War
Our leader, Vladimir, recently said that Russia has enough strength to return all its historical territories. Z guys fully endorse the ambitions of our leader. Russian people are gradually getting tired of war and this creates a demand for a large, strong state like the Soviet Union. Many Ukrainians are fighting heroically for their independence. However, Vladimir knows that in war heroes gradually pass away, and most people are not heroes and just want to live in security, like in the Soviet Union. -

It should be going to the staff. That's what I assume and I don't tip on top of the 10% or 17% when it's charged. If some staff don't receive it, that's their problem. If the 10% service isn't clearly displayed somewhere, you don't legally have to pay it apparently but it's not really worth causing a fuss over 90 baht.
