Fresh Spinach (Tops)
I don't buy ribeye, as I buy larger pieces of beef (Harvey from AU) at Makro, and cut the steaks myself. Prefer ~2" thick steaks, which packaged steaks are not. Usually get a large tenderloin, or sirloin, and cut steaks off that. Ground the scraps for burger. When low on Beef Tallow, I'll get a Picanha, and render down all the fat. Good for cooking all the beef in, as Tenderloin & Sirloin are lean cuts. Don't want to buy large ribeye, as may be a not so good one, too much fat. Not that I've seen any on offer. Need to ask Makro when Harvey stock arrives, as good pieces don't last long. 2-4 kg pieces, so a freezer comes in handy. -

They are supposed to tell tell you all the ingredients...they also tell you not to swallow the toothpaste... is there a reason for that ? fluoride is so safe that they even put in drinking water...so why not swallow the toothpaste...cue the dose maketh the poison...why are you putting poison into the drinking water ??? I'll say it again if you want a dose of fluoride to "keep your teeth healthy" then just brush with a toothpaste that has fluoride..there is no reason to purposely contaminate drinking water with it. Why deliberately contaminate the water with it ? -
