ToddinChonburi
I purchased this machine and it seemed to have problems from the start. I use the manual settings on machine , 15 minute wash, 2 rinses, 9 minute spin and set water by liters. The original wash time seems to be always different and then it drops time. Seems to pick it own water level. Sometimes skips the 2nd rinse or the machine just fills with water. sometimes adds more time.. Appears to be a software problem in the board. they have been out 3 times to look at machine and just seem confused.
mogandave
Does it have a good power supply? Does it have a hot water option?

As a result the duration of the wash cycle can vary by about 10 minutes or so. I find that mine works best on the "fuzzy logic" setting, to which I add 1 hour of soaking and a spoonful of BigC own-brand Vanish equivalent. That way I only need to use one cap-full of Breeze detergent liquid ("USA" in Thai script). Total wash duration around 1hr 40mn.
ToddinChonburi
I have good power supply and also very good water pressure. 2 techs came out to look at it ,one said software problem but the other refused to acknowledge it. They are coming out again on Tuesday so we will see what happens next.

mogandave
Good deal, glad it worked out for you. Hitachi has a big footprint in Thailand and they are pretty good about supporting their products.
