it's needed urgently to purchase travel insurance to Russia,

any one done this before? or where to get this?

how much costs approximately, to have an idea.

It's easy to do.

 

Any decent insurance broker will help you - or you can apply online with several insurance companies. If you're resident in Thailand make sure you make that clear in your application. 

 

The cost varies considerably depending on the cover you require.

 

The insurance you need will be for worldwide cover. There's no Russia specific insurance.
