I find Trat IO quite user friendly I have just followed their list for 7 years, no problems and no changes. But they still don't like the work it involves for them, every year the same, "why you not get retire visa" Winge winge "its soo mut work".... cry me a river. -

Baht becoming ridiculously strong
I got here in Sept 2000, so the first house build then was inexpensive $1/~฿40, and first car purchase in 2003, even better. But as you can see, it's been 30-35 for quite some time. I wouldn't be concerned unless it dips below 30 again. Not that it really matters, since not buying any big ticket items in the future. -

This is called appearing in public. Your claiming otherwise does not change the reality. The public does not appear to have any complaints as 3 million donors gave her $361 million in her first full month as a candidate. That is extraordinary. More people are donating than ever before. Her visit to Savannah was the first in 30 years by a presidential candidate. She received excellent coverage in the local news media. Destination Thailand Visa Gains Popularity Among Expats
Planning on trying this visa out this year. Plan on travelling outside the country often and think it might be a good option. Buying a new car soon and worry about a residency permit which is needed to put the car in your name. Could always put it in the wife's name but that creates other issues when I cross boarders. Anyone out there that got a residency permit on a tourist visa/DTV? -

Jomtien beach rd baht bus route?
Ok I go to South Jomtien about ,3 or 4 times a week to get out of Dodge. And about 33 % go all the way And actually I have my regulars for that route that go all the way. W/O charter for 50 baht. It's well worth it to avoid the transfer hassle- 1

Has anyone ever seen an energy use sticker that did not show 5 Stars? Surely every appliance, from non inverter ac's to washing machines with hot cycles can't be 5 star rated?
