Crossy
Provided you return to Thailand on or before the "use by" date you'll get a 90 day entry.

Multi Non-O visas are usually valid for 12 months from date of issue. Makes no odds for your return in January, I just wonder if the consulate made an error when they issued it.
lopburi3
The entry permitted to stay time is what counts when inside Thailand - you can stay longer than visa validity (that is only for entry).

The fact that you've been getting 90 day stamps suggests it's a non-o. Which consulate was this? And what's your nationality?

You could go to the Department of Consular Affairs of the MFA in Bangkok to get it corrected.

afsalkk
my passport will expire after 9 years. 6 month multiple entry visa is not a error, visa application center told me before application that consilate may only issue for 6 months( they have a memo) but the 6 months and 1 year visa fee are same. Briggsy
According to their website, multi-entry non-imm O visas from Chennai either have 6 months or 1 year validity. Looks like you got the 6 months one. When you come back in on 11 Jan 2019, you will receive permission to stay until 10 April 2019, 90 days from 11 Jan 2019.
