Ok just about to leave Thailand after the xepiry of my double entry visa, another words done 6 months hre! Can I come back for a month still until a tourist straight get as you arrive visa. Help and assurances needed. By the way once I am in I can apply for a retirement visa just want to check they will let me back ?

You did not mention your nationality. If you hold a passport of one of the countries listed here you can enter Thailand without a visa and will be allowed to stay for 30 days.
