Yeah, we have one of those for a 4m x 3m access "road" to our plot. It was also the most expensive on a Baht/m2 basis ????

Had to pay EXTRA tip at land office because 34 titles ????

Anyway at least all is safe with Chanote etc ,,,, hmmmmm but will need to do a check soon to make sure no locals living on it in hope of claing for themselves.
