Triton
Some says Police is not interested on Weed anymore. Other says it is still illegal. I know there is a conflict on Patent issues. But after all what is the status now? Edited January 9, 2019 by Triton

I'm pretty sure the guy was being sarcastic. The question in the OP was pretty much asking for it.
Cadbury
It is about to be made legal for one or more select international pharma companies who would have paid dearly for the privilege.
TooPoopedToPop
All the recent news about making ganja legal for medical purposes seems to be encouraging local production around Chiang Mai. It's much easier to get now. Hopefully the Reefer Madness mindset of the authorities will soon be history. When I first came here in the late '70s, scoring grass was almost as easy as buying beer. You could get it in the cities, in the countryside, and in fishing villages on the islands. It was everywhere. The War on Drugs brought in Speed, Smack, Coke, and a host of other ills. Much the same as Prohibition did in the USA of the 1920s.
