Where buy liquid CO2 in balloons ?

Needs buy special balloon with CO₂ with deep tube inside balloon. Looks like photos.

Have checked 5 sellers in Pattaya. Nobody has.

At room temperature, CO2 liquifies at 70 bar. Sounds hairy.

This sounds like you want an ordinary CO₂ canister of the type that is used in any restaurant that has fountain drinks on tap:

 

 

You could try any of the many dry ice shops that are almost everywhere - they are where the Thai ice cream vendors get their dry ice every day.  Here's one near me:

If they don't have CO₂ canisters, they should at least be able to point you in the right direction.

The beast our OP has does the vapourisation at the business end for better cooling.

EDIT Some research shows that CO₂ fire-suppression systems use cylinders with dip tubes, could be a source there. But as noted earlier the manufacturer's local FaceBook page would be a good starting point.
