I think there are two large projects in that area, Fresh City clearly housing and the other closer to Macro commercial.

I spoke to the builder.

It is another home product store.

But, the surrounding stores will be several including a McDonald´s and believe it or not a Starbuck´s.

Was hoping for a Big C but not this time.

A woman who runs a mom and pop store a stone's throw away confirmed this today.  She said it would be a shopping center with a "home something."

Highway 107 in that area is too narrow and a mess most of the day already.  How will they ever manage all the added traffic?  Poor planning, or rather: no planning.  Incredible.
