LOS leaps into the twentieth century!

I thought the Traffic BIB were 'Artificial Intelligence'  let 20 minutes of traffic thru on one side then 3 minutes on the other.

this caused me to guffaw loudly ..real intelligence before artifical intelligence is the thorny issue at stake

I want to know who is supplying this tech, and who is going to run and maintain it
