Ulic
What is it with these charity collectors. Do they volunteer for NGO's or do they get a percentage of the take? Is it all a scam like the story of the 3 Philippinas arrested a couple of days ago fundraising for a non-existent charity? Do they need/get a work visa organized by the NGO/Charity? Do the Philippines/Chinese shills doing the collecting know that many of the organizations they work for are scams? I have lots of questions regarding beggars/fundraisers. They had time to shout a warning as she "prepared" to cross but weren't able to apply the brakes and stop?? Maybe the truck was a little over-loaded ??
