Our two dogs were trying to have a go in the middle of the street, were naked, don't pay taxes and don't have work permits, valid passports, visa, valid health insurance, and have never done a 90 day report.  They are also cashless, don't have a bank account with sufficient reserves.  As a consequence of they are not worth targeting by officials.

Bad for the image of Pattaya? I've never been there and never ever plan to and it's not because I've heard some tourists might have sex on the beach, it's because I've heard there's like 1 million hookers there. 

Picture blurred and unclear. How does anyone know it is farangs having sex? maybe a farang and a bar girl.  Maybe 2 Thais!
