What are you having for brekkie then? ????

Whatever you want. Start with porrige with goji berries & honey,  or muesli with banana smoothie.

Home made bread rolls with ham & cheese, or croissants, or Bacon, eggs, beanz, mushrooms, potatoes, fried bread, Staffordshire oatcake, toast & thick cut marmalade, real coffee or Yorkshire tea. Up to you.

An accompanying beer, home brew cider, or red vino could be included for a small fee !

Dunno what time it is on, but we could watch City v Arsenal first.

Boubon Street restaurant on Ekamai is having their usual early morning buffet and Super Bowl viewing party. Got an email from them advertising it the other day... Though I don't see any mention on their website this year...

Memory of their email says.... price about 600 baht or so, and opening time just before the start of the game.

In terms of viewing, CBS network has the game on cable and over the air, and I understand it will be viewable for free via the separate CBS Sports app that can be installed on Android devices, Fire TV devices, Apple devices, and more.

Not sure whether or not a U.S. IP address is going to be required to access the app's stream, but I wouldn't be surprised.

That works out to a game start time of about 6 am Monday BKK time, though I understand the CBS Sports app, at least, is going to have HOURS, maybe like 12 or so, of pre-game coverage, more than any sane person could possibly want to watch.

And then you have to watch those men throw the 'ball' to each other, not kick with the 'foot' as in football for about 4 hours, about ONE minute play followed by 5 minutes talking. And have to watch Maroon 5 lipsyncing at half time.

Bring on Arsenal v Man City, 20 men kicking a round ball continuously for 90 minutes with maybe 5 minutes added for stoppages. With meat pies and a few pints in the 15 minutes half time.

My tongue is in my cheek !

Personally speaking, I'd rather watch men throw the ball to each other vs. kicking it around on the ground.  But then, to each his own...

But then why call it FOOTball. Why not THROWball, or ARMball.

Hope it's a good game/spectacle. Cheers.

And hope Man City WIN tomorrow, and Liverpool LOSE.

From another source:

Quote

Stream the Game For FREE

Super Bowl LIII will be available non-authenticated online at CBSSports.com and on the CBS Sports app for connected TV devices, tablets, and mobile phones as part of an expanded agreement with the NFL announced earlier this year.

https://www.cordcuttersnews.com/how-to-watch-the-2019-super-bowl-on-roku-fire-tv-apple-tv/

So the above also indicates the game also will be available, without any subscription or log-in, from the CBSSport.com website, though again, a U.S. IP address may well be required.

Go Saints!

You mean Southampton v Burnley. Both on 24 points. Could be a good game. Or it could be <deleted>!

Strange I can put shit but not add an E onto it.

Must ask Susie Dent if <deleted> is acceptable in the English language.

Field goals, extra points, kick offs, punts, etc...  Lots of "foot" in the game.

We have plenty of Punts playing in the Premier League!   LOL

But basically 'your' game is throwing the ball to each other, which is a bit like Rugby (Football), which is more like wrestling for the ball and running with it.????

Did you not see (no you probably didn't) see the goalie who took a goal kick which went the whole length of the pitch, bounced once, over the other goalie's head, and into the net. That wasn't on the ground. LOL

Are you guessing, or do you know Hooters is going to open early for the game?

PS -- It looks like a bit of the "hoot" has gone out of the local Hooters staff, based on the above photos...  ????

Please please gentlemen. Watch an Australian Rules Grand Final. Youtube has plenty of clips. Then you will realize Super Bowls and English Premier league are just thugs and nancyboys pretending they are skilled.

I like the "thugs," thank you!   That's why they wear helmets with face guards and mouth protectors.

I'll leave defense of the "nancyboys" to the guys from the other country.... :cheesy:
