Tourist bike missing - is it possible to backlist my entry to Thailand?

I don’t know the answer to your question, but have YOU communicated to him that you’re happy for him to keep the 1000Baht as compensation for your terrible inconvenience to him ?

how do you know that it was Police that took the bike ?   Did they give you a summons or anything ??
