This was a long time ago, and yes charged if I recall correctly. More important, it became an issue for all the customers too!

Yes, I remember now, the agent was using fake stamps and the customers were pardoned. But using fake stamps?? That is not normal for agents, they work with IOs, nothing illegal there.

Teamoney or Tip to a Official is a harmless word for Bribery. Bribery is illegal, in TH as everywhere, off course. You better not jump in this hot Water. There are hard punishments.
