Sorry bit late.

on a motorbike you can't use the motorways (i.e route 7)

You can however use route 34/Sukhumvit, the turns into 3 and then 36

passes by Chonburi 9Big Central Shopping Centre on Sukhumvit),

Bang Saen, (Beach resort town with lots of eateries about 4 km off Sukhumvit, main entrance is at Galaxy brothel on the main road traffic lights.)

Sri Racha - (seaside town with ferry to Koh Is Chang island - OK for a day or overnight - no vehicle ferry. There is also Koh Loy now accessible via a causeway - river view point and eateries 32 temples)

Laem Chabang is (a massive port - the town doesn't really cater for tourists but is al the more interesting for that and a quick bite to eat - harborr Mall shopping centre.)

..... and Pattaya big seaside city ; (lots of shopping eating etc full of Fangs and other tourists.)

from Pattaya you can cut across along Sukhumvit to Rayong - big country highway - watch out for motorway sections.

or you can follow the coast via Sattahip - naval town and seafood - there are several quite good beaches along that coast/.

You might even check out the coast at Bang Chang there are two ro three good beaches - the Ban Chang itself is famous for its row or brothels that service the farangs visiting the nearby golf clubs.

A far more rural route - and you'll need to plot it on Google maps would be via Chachoengsao and then past Bo Win and East onto 344 snd onto Rayong that way. near Wang Chan is "Ban Khao Hin Dat" - a new and large reservoir - their were some resorts, last Time I went they seemed to have got out of business - nevertheless you can find places to eat either around there or in Wang Chan.

You make you way back to Rayong along some pretty beautiful country roads.

if you continue straight through Bo Win, You'll hit the main road into Rayong again but miss Wang Chan.

Once in Rayong the beaches are mostly near oil refineries and petrochemical plants but are quite nice to look at. At the Eastern End of Rayong's beaches is "Khao Laem Ya" which is a beautiful beach and National Park that permits camping - it can get very full at weekends and holidays otherwise you'll probably have it to yourself.

PS - One of my favorite areas to drive there is Dog Krai, NNE of Rayong - it is a large reservoir but the land all around it marked out for possible future industry and the roads although almost deserted are set out in a massive grid pattern - just great to explore - plenty of roadside eateries and villages at the crossroads.

Avoid the 36 between the 331 turn off and Rayong, its a nightmare of road works and a very poor surface just now. Take the coast road from Pattaya,  through Sattahip, Ban Chang to Rayong. In Rayong, the mangrove forests are a must, really interesting.  The painted Buddha, off the 331 in Silver Lake is quite interesting,  but the most interesting and authentic attraction around there is the Chinese Temple. It has many very old artefacts brought over or lent from China, well worth a viist.

If you come via Chachoengsao on 315, you'll void the roadworks at that junction.
