Will They Give Me 3 Months At Cam. Border?

Featured Replies

Have 1 year multi entry Non O visa, my first three months is up next week.

The girl in the Law office doing my work permit application said she thought they would only give me 1 month stamp at Cambodia border (Poi Pet I think - from Pattaya)

Any know if this is true?

I think you had better find another law office.

Every entry is for 90 days.

I not think so,you got a visa in your passport and every entry will give you 3 months ,no matter where you enter from!I have never done it at the camb border, but why it would be different??

I say no,you got the wrong information!

I go to the Cambodian border from Pattaya and get a 90 day entry every time with a 1 year multi entry non O visa.

Thanks Guys! I'm reassured now.

Actually the Law Office is our Sponsor above. Maybe I should talk to the boss instead of the hot clerk! :o

I'm quite sure your law office sponsor "above" in not Sunbelt, but the other one.

Hands down, Sunbelt is the best and ultimate place for the bestest ever service concerning Work Permits and visas.

From my experience (and I've been to more than a few) Sunbelt is the BEST as far as their Visa Legal and Para-Legal (for farangs) is concerned. :D

However, I cannot necessarily say the same about my experience with their accounting services. Oh well, can't have it all, can ya... :o

A one-year multiple entry visa is valid over a period of one year, for multiple entries not to exceed 90 celendar days per entry. You can reenter as often as you want, and you'll get 90 days' more stay (from the latest date of entry) each time, even on the 364th day of the initial year date when you entered (thus giving you up to almost 15 months in total). As far as I've noticed, it works at every port of entry, every land border, etc.

They stamped me 90 days on my run to Poipet in December 2006 (I have Multiple 1 year Non IMM B ) no problem. the guy was even very relieved to see someone who had:

a) a Visa

:o wai-ed him

c) spoke Thai

And we spoke for 10 minutes about the pleasures of Thailand and the Dutch national football team. He didn't bother about the 20 grumbling people behind me but acted like I was his new best friend.

Since then I have been in and out to Hong Kong and Singapore for bussiness and also at the airport you could almost hear the sigh that I had a visa.
