It's merely a way for some to make more money. The problem is many leave their children at home with grandma, as the men are usually long gone by then. It's not a good excuse as they can readily live back home with those children and work locally. Those children grow up without a parent, many times in unsafe conditions, and they'll grow up knowing mom was a hooker, which can have the girls thinking it's a normal thing to do, which is never is. What besides more money is good for these women? I won't deny they are something a disabled or elderly man can do for occasional comfort, and that if it's made legal with protection for the women, it would be a lot better for them and safer, although the STD's would increase with legalization. It's mostly the man who benefits, as these women don't want to sleep with their clients. I think some let this pass because they use the prostitutes, so they're getting what they want, without seeing, nor caring of the downside. Very few will know what happens after they leave. Prostitutes are killed every day, along with thousands harshly treated, up to 90% eventually, so it's never been a good choice nor a safe one. Can a man see his own daughter ending up this way?
